After 2 years of foot pain, a misdiagnosis by another doctor, weekly injections, numerous inserts, orthopedic shoes, and pending invasive surgery I went to Dr. Cowin to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did! He did laser surgery on my foot the next week and I got up and walked out of his office. I could drive the next day. My healing was quick and involved no hospital stay or downtime. I am back hiking and doing the things I love. I was blessed to have the opportunity to meet Dr. Richard. After visiting other doctors that only offered me amputate my hammer toe. Dr Richard offered me a laser procedure with out amputation. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. He is kind and caring as well as his staff. Laser surgery was perfect with less pain, less swealing, fast healing. My father-in-law was visiting from out of the country. In need of custom orthotics, we came here. The doctor and staff were very patient and helpful. Answering our questions, educating us on our needs, everything we could ask for. They were even able to get us the insoles in less than 10 days. While not the cheapest, I can say the money is worth it. The care this team took was worth every penny.
